Committed to building close and cordial relationships with clients, we provide a highly responsive and personalized service. Unlike other design services, nothing we do is to a set formula. We would never produce a brochure or website, for example, simply by fitting in words and images to a set template.
Treating each client as an individual, we invest time in gaining an in-depth knowledge of the business, its goals and target market. We’ll then produce all the content – including pictures, words and layout – of your website, brochure or advertisement. This ensures that your marketing and promotional materials are totally unique and exactly right for your audience.
We have devised a refreshingly different charging structure too. Because we offer an on-going consultancy to all clients, we prefer to charge a monthly fee. As each design or marketing project is completed, we deduct the payments already made from the invoice. This helps spread the cost of your marketing campaigns and gives you access to our advice and expertise anytime you need it. We will, of course, be happy to provide a quotation for one-off design or photography assignments if you prefer.
Our service can be accessed over the internet and phone, but meetings in Cape Town, George, Knysna or other areas of the Cape can be arranged.
